Barbara Ann Vincer, 73, of Winnebago, passed away May 24, 2018. Born October 10, 1944 in Rockford. Daughter of Virgil and Nancy (Tominelli) Winkler. United in marriage to David Henry Vincer on August 25, 1964 in Rockford. Employed by Amcore Bank for 25 years retiring in 2006. Survivor of Breast Cancer. She found enjoyment in many activities but had the most enjoyment in any time spent with her grandkids and great-grandkids especially sleep-overs and baking cookies with them.

Survived by her husband of 53 years, David; children, Wendy (Chad) Thompson, David (Charlotte) Vincer, Ronald (Ashley) Vincer; grandchildren, Heather (Matt Wright) Rosinski, Holly Brickson, Samuel Vincer, Aaron (August) Vincer, Hailey (Austin Power) Thompson, Hayden Vincer, Brooke Thompson, Araiah Vincer, Katarina Vincer, Deegan Vincer; great-grandchildren, Jerreka Rosinski, Chadwick Wright, Kennedi Rosinski; siblings, Virgil (Sandy) Winkler, Ronald (Pam) Winkler, Kathy (Bruce) Theden, Rick Winkler; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; brothers, Jasper Winkler and August Winkler.
