 JUDITH M. JOHNSON, 69 ROCKFORD - Judith M. Johnson, 69, Rockford, passed away November 20, 2013. She was born on February 28, 1944, in Rockford to Burton and Myrtle (Erickson) Williams. She graduated from Auburn High School in 1962. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzle books and pets and animals. Judith also loved spending time with her grandson and was an avid NASCAR fan, especially cheering for Dale Earnhardt Jr. Judith is survived by her children , Brian (Paula) Hartzell and Brad (Jess) Curtis; grandchildren, Thomas, Harper, Maddie and Aubrey; sister, Jean Jones; nephew, Paul ; cousins, Elaine and Norman; and special friend, Mary. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013, at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Service, 7000 West State St., Rockford. Reverend Ron Meyer will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Willwood Burial Park. Online condolences can be submitted to advantagerockford.com.
